Giotta S.r.l. is registered as carrier with the National Register of Environmental Managers with the number MI003121 for the following categories:

• 1F - urban waste and similar
• 4D - special non-hazardous waste
• 5F - special hazardous waste

• Choice and sorting of materials
• Quality certification of incoming and outgoing materials
• Specialised trading both on the national and international level

• Demolitions at abandoned industrial areas
• Demolitions of unused or abandoned structures
• Leasing of recovery car, fork lift, aerial platforms for the carrying out of the demolitions

Giotta S.r.l. is authorised by the province of Sondrio by order no. 81 of 22/05/2008 to stock different types of special waste, amongst which packing in paper, plastic, wood and miscellaneous material.

Furthermore, whilst acting as intermediary, it can also organise the collection of any type of waste, whether hazardous or not. In fact, it is registered with the Register of Environmental Managers, category 8, by order no. MI003121 dated 05/07/2011.

Lastly it provides the service of SKIP HIRE (for iron, paper, plastic, wood and miscellaneous waste) providing directly for the emptying of same.

• Centre for the collection of motorised vehicles, tow trucks and similar destined to demolition
• Authorisation to cancel number plates from the Public Register for Vehicles
• Possibility of collection from site

Documents and prices.
To be able to proceed with the scrapping of a vehicle registered with the Public Register for Vehicles, one must necessarily hand in:

• Vehicle's log-book, number plates and certificate of ownership
• Copy of an identification document of the owner and eventually a copy of an identification document of the person taking possession of the vehicle and power of attorney
• In case where the certificate of ownership is not available, one must hand in the original copy of the claim of loss of the certificate file with the carabinieri.

The total price for the scrapping is equivalent to € 42.00 in the case where all the documents required are available. In the case where the Certificate of Ownership is not available, the price goes up to € 56.50.

The total sum corresponds exactly to the cost of the Registration together with all the taxes requested by the Public Register for Vehicles.
