The Company
The present GIOTTA SRL was set up in 2001 by the Giotta brothers who replaced their father Fausto, thus providing the opportunity of continuing a dream which started off thirty years ago.The sectors of historic interest and considerable development are:
- Sale of iron materials and metals
- Recovery of processing waste both of metallic materials as well of other typologies of waste
- Demolition of existing cement and iron structures
- Services with recovery vehicle and platforms, as well as leasing of same
- Trading in machines and used industrial equipment
- Modern cutting equipment of materials of considerable dimensions with authorised suction of fumes
It is with pride that today GIOTTA SRL has become a subsidiary of the parent company EURO STEEL International SPA with head office in Brescia. It is the realisation of an ambitious project which aims at aggregating ideas, persons and structures in a corporate network, in a way as to foster the approach with the most important figure-heads operating in the sector. The businessmen come from existent scenarios with experience in the trading of scrap whether iron or not, and special alloys. One of the fundamental beliefs, which guides the Group's entrepreneurial spirit, is the desire to create and establish networks between companies, whether Italian or foreign, thus diversifying and amplifying its services, for the purposes of competing with globalisation and becoming a point of reference in the sector as a reality capable of grabbing to its best the market opportunities.
The objective of the Eurosteel Group is that of growing together with companies which have interesting ideals and innovative projects targeting development.
The surface on which the activity is carried out covers around 30,000 cubic meters in the municipality of Castione Andevenno (SO) and is equipped and authorised for the collection of separated waste.
